Limited Orders Available

We are carrying on with a Limited Range

As you will have seen we announced a temporary closure after the government lockdown announcement. We are happy to inform you that after some detailed planning, we will be able to continue supplying cakes for your special occasions.

Due to the current social distancing guidelines we have had to limit the number of bakers that are in our bakery at the same time in order to maintain the 2m social distancing guidelines. So, to streamline our process we are coming back with a limited range of cakes, including gluten free and vegan options, which will allow us to continue delivering our delicious cakes to you. You can find all of the cake flavours available for delivery here.

We will also be limiting the number of cakes we send out on the delivery days, this is to ensure that we are able to keep on top of the orders we have accepted, while at the same time keeping the staff safe. Once we have received the maximum number of orders we can process for a particular day, that day will no longer be available to select and the next available day for delivery will be shown.

If you require a cake for a different day of the week than the website is offering, rest assured that our non-fruit cakes stay fresh for up to 10 days, while our fruit-based cakes stay fresh for 7 days. You can also freeze our cakes for up to 6 months in their original packaging, so if you want to order them way in advance to pop aside for later you can! Once you are ready for the cake just take it out of the freezer and pop it in a cosy spot to get up to room temperature for 24 hours before serving.

With the current situation and these limits in place it will also mean that we will be unable to provide create your own cakes and cake toppers until we are back to being fully operational again. However, you will be able to continue adding other personalisation products such as drinks, cards, candles, balloons, etc.

The courier network is incredibly busy at the moment, on some days setting all-time records for the number of parcels they are processing, while as the same time dealing with keeping their staff safe. Therefore, although DHL are aware our cakes need to be delivered as soon possible due to their perishability, they have advised us that some deliveries are taking 48hrs rather than the normal 24hrs, so please bear with them.

We are looking forward to being back in the bakery and providing you with as many cakes as possible for your special occasions. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support - we can’t wait to get your cakes out to you all! Stay safe.
