The cake makers at Sponge already pride themselves on using only the finest, tastiest, high quality and, where possible, locally sourced ingredients. Now Sponge is using sustainably sourced cocoa in their chocolate butter cream.


The cocoa is sourced from CasaLuker in Columbia, a member of the World Cocoa Foundation (WCF),which supports cocoa farmers and their families worldwide. WCF programs raise farmer incomes, encourage responsible and sustainable cocoa farming and strengthen communities.
