• Great flavour but squashed

• One of our absolute favourites.

• The sponge tastes deliciously homemade, the buttercream is excellent, the presentation very appealing. This cake went down very well with the family and I will definitely buy this one again.

• Delicious plain sponge topped with a chocolate sponge, sandwiched together with a tasty buttercream and topped with a thin layer of buttercream and yummy caramel drizzle.

• This had to be my favourite, flavour, soft, easy on the eye and easy to enjoy.

• I loved all the components! Each sponge tasted excellent and the texture was perfect, the buttercream was tasty, and the topping was good too. It looks nice, tastes great, and I enjoyed it thoroughly!

• This was bought for my sons 39th birthday. I did a buffet tea and the cake was definitely a highlight of the day. Everyone enjoyed it - ages ranged from 13yrs to 65yrs! It was a big hit!

• This is the 4th cake I have purchased from you and I'm afraid I found this one a little disappointing as it was a birthday gift and was not quite as moist as previously and the cream was very rich, unlike the others I have purchased. However, this will not deter me from trying your other products in the future.

• I ordered this for a suprise tea party for my 93 year old dad. Everyone really enjoyed the cake and commented on how lovely it was.

• Fast, efficient ordering process with delivery as advised. Absolutely loved this cake! This is the third birthday cake ordered from Sponge and you never fail to please. Slowly working our way through the flavours. This one's the favourite so far.

• I am told (I live 200 miles from the cake recipient) the cake was delicious and the buttercream had the right level of sweetness. It was just like the picture and made many people very happy! Ordering was quick and easy and loved that you had an opportunity to amend after payment - next cake already on order!
