"Dear Sponge,
Here is a photo of my wonderful dad after receiving his apple crumble cake for his 70th birthday today. Thankyou for making it so easy to deliver such a delicious surprise for him, we live 160 miles apart so it was lovely to be able to treat him today. He tells me that it tasted lovely and the rest of the family enjoyed it just as much (I wonder if he'll post me a slice!?)
