Julia emailed in this pic of the Carrot Sponge she sent to her friend...

"Hi I'm sending you a photo that my friend took of her carrot cake! I live in France and needed to find a present to send her that I could order on the internet and cake seemed the perfect choice! I didnt know Sponge existed until you cropped up on my Google search. Anyway she said it arrived just at the right time when she was thinking of having a break and lo and behold there was a knock at the door and there was a man there with a box of cake in his hand! (Is there any better kind of man???) Thanks a lot, its an excellent website, very easy to use and great service!
