My Norfolk Passport discount doesn't work!

We have recently made some tweaks to the way we handle Norfolk Passport discounts.

The passport number and email adddress you use for your order must match the details that Norfolk Passport have on file for your discount to be deducted.

I used a different address for my passport, how can I update my passport email address?

You can access your passport account and update your details, by logging in to your account here.

Please note that email address changes you make to your passport account may take up to an hour to reflect on Sponge.

I can't log in to my passport account / I have a problem with my passport account / I don't know what email address I used when I signed up for my passport
