Whats In The Mix
The sponge is made from free range eggs, pineapple puree and natural pineapple flavourings to create a tropical and light sponge. Malibu rum and desiccated coconut are whipped together to create a boozy and creamy layer of buttercream in the middle. On top is a pineapple flavoured buttercream, desiccated coconut rim and glace cherries!
Our boozy buttercream is made with a generous shot of Malibu rum and whipped with desiccated coconut to create a creamy thick layer in the middle.
On top you will find a pineapple flavoured layer of buttercream with a pretty rim of desiccated coconut and three glace cherries in the middle - making it look just like the cocktail! Comes with cocktail umbrellas to decorate!

STORAGE - Please store me in an air-tight container in a cosy spot - I don't like being kept in the fridge. Can be frozen for up to 6 months.
