We've combined two of our most delicious gluten free flavours: Lemon & Orange and Victoria to create this delicious sharing cake.

Our gluten free cakes are made in a separate coeliac society approved kitchen to our standard cakes, by a team who will only work in that kitchen all day and do not move between kitchens. Ingredients are stored separately and no equipment is shared between the gluten free kitchen and the kitchen where the rest of our cakes are made.

GET THAT SWEET SPOT

Buttercream loves a gentle warm-up, and brownies need a little patience to reach their soft, gooey magic. Our bakes have been chilling in transit and need time to be their best so if your sponge is a little dry give it some more time.

ROOM TEMP, BEST TEMP

Let your bake rest in their packaging for up to 12 hours or when it reaches room temperature. It will then be at its full, fluffy glory. Cake is always at its best when it’s cosy, not chilly.

KEEP IT FRESH

Pop leftovers in an airtight container and store somewhere cool and dry... no fridge chills or sunbathing, please! Keeping them at room temperature keeps your bakes soft, gooey, and full of joy.

FREEZE FOR FUTURE JOY

Celebration postponed? Wrap your cake carefully and freeze for up to six months. When you’re ready, thaw at room temperature to bring back that soft, fresh-baked magic you love.

Stays in great condition before and after opening. Moist and soft sponge and lots of cream filling. really loved it tasted amazing and the lemon was nice and lemony! I’ve love every cake we have had. I usually order a gf victoria sponge cake but this time I ordered a gf lemon&orange/victoria half and half. The vicotria never disappoints but the lemon and orange is my new fav it was refreshing which might sound strange for a sponge cake This is a great idea, it’s great being able to have two different kinds in one cake. I love this option. The two flavours are so good. A delicious moist and non crumbly sponge, fillings were lovely, the whole family enjoyed it. Decent size. One person even commented they would have never realised it was gluten free! It was lovely to have the combo of two flavours - a small suggestion would be to allow customers to select the 2 flavours e.g chocolate and lemon but absolutely loved our cake. The extras we ordered were a lovely touch too and now I have learned never to use a fountain candle under a fire alarm! 😂 Would highly recommend your company cake was delicious , would definitely use your company again This half and half cake was for an 80th birthday for my coeliac father..... both flavours (Victoria and Lemon&Orange) were lovely. You do get what you pay for and although a little more pricey than a standard supermarket gf cake it was great to have such a good variety of flavours to choose from and my father was over the moon. We will definitely be purchasing again. Would not have guessed it is gf Lemon and orange cake was absolutely a winner, really flavourful and moist. The Victoria sponge was a classic Lovely soft sponge, really tasty!! Everyone who had some of the cakes thought they tasted lovely. This was a lovely cake. Well received by my wife on her birthday. Thank you. The orange & lemon cake is the best so far from Sponge – and we've tried several. All good but this is such an inspired flavour. And the half-half idea is superb. The moistest gf cake, non-coeliacs have found it hard to tell it apart from gluten cakes! An amazing gluten free cake, tasted like an ordinary one!! Sponge was moist, light and tasted lovely. The Lemon/Orange was favourite in our house. Loved it!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Really tasty and nicely decorated I prefer a lighter crumb but other than that this cake was excellent. Moist, flavorful, and attractive. The victoria sponge half was lovely but my favourite in the two halves was the lemon and orange. It had just the right amount of citrus flavours to make your mouth water and want more, absolutely delicious.
