Did you know blondies come into the same category as brownies, they can also be known as Blonde Brownies. However, there are some differences in how they are made that almost completely differentiate them from their chocolate heavy counterparts. Blondies focus more on vanilla as the keynote in their flavours, although there is some chocolate often used (traditionally this is of the white chocolate variety).
