There are a few things that instantly say “British summer.” Long evenings. Slightly overconfident BBQ plans. Saying “it might brighten up later” while standing in light rain. And, of course, Wimbledon.

For two glorious weeks every summer, the country collectively becomes very interested in tennis while consuming approximately one million strawberries with cream. And of course, we fully support it. Which is exactly why our Strawberries & Cream cake exists.
