These zesty and buttery blondies are the fairer cousin of the brownie. The blondie base is swirled with wonderfully tangy lemon curd on top which seeps into the blondie as it bakes... yum!
Our Lemon Curd Blondies are a great alternative to birthday cakes, you still get the sweetness that you would, but you get a different textural sensation with a blondie, with them being gooey in the center.
