How do you like your eggs in the morning? We like ours in a cake! Eggs are useful in many ways and used in many different dishes. World Egg Day was established in Vienna in 1996 and it is observed on the second Friday in October each year (which is the 8th of October this year), to celebrate the power of the egg.
This year is actually the 25th anniversary of the event, so perhaps we should all take a moment to celebrate eggs, as often we can take them for granted. Big egg fans will always find a way to celebrate one of their favourite foods. Perhaps you’ll want to make your favourite egg-based dish, or even do a traditional easter activity and paint some eggs. We think a great way to enjoy and celebrate them is by having them in a cake.

Triple Chocolate Brownie – Free range eggs, English butter, quality dark chocolate, gluten free flour and cocoa powder make up the gooey goodness in this triple chocolate brownie. You will also find triple chocolate chunks in the middle and chocolate drizzle covering the top.
Hazelnut Praline Brownie – The rich and gooey chocolate brownie has hazelnut praline and roasted hazelnut pieces running through it. It is then topped with more hazelnut pieces and spun in deliciously dark chocolate.
Chocolate Orange Brownies – Free range eggs, English butter, quality dark chocolate, natural orange flavouring, gluten free flour and cocoa powder make up the gooey goodness in this scrumptious brownie. You will find chocolate orange chunks folded through the middle of the brownie and a white chocolate, dark chocolate and orange chocolate drizzle on top.

We can deliver our cakes and brownies all over the UK. Our sponge cakes and brownies are packaged in secure and robust packaging. The inner box is wrapped around them to securely hold it in place so the sides and top do not get damaged in transit. The box also includes a handy cutting guide! It is then put in a strong cardboard outer box for extra protection so it will arrive to you safely.
