Next week marks National Tea Day on the 21st April 2021. Tea is arguably the nations favourite hot beverage, when other countries think of the UK, they automatically think tea. So, it’s only right that we celebrate National Tea Day by having a cup of our favourite tea. Nothing goes better with it than a delicious slice of cake. Whether you want to celebrate at home with your family, or send something to your family or friends, we have something that we’re sure will go perfectly with a cup of tea as a special treat.
Whole Cakes
We have a wonderful range of delicious cakes, perfect for sharing with your family or sending to your loved ones. We think all of our flavour options go well with a cuppa, here are a few of our favourites:
Lemon & Elderflower Cake – New for Spring - This cake is full of the flavours of Spring. Full of zesty lemons and fragrant elderflower it's a lovely and light cake perfect for garden gatherings, BBQs, and picnics! Delightfully pairs with a lovely cup of tea, perhaps earl grey to match with the citrus undertones.
Apple Crumble Cake – Real apple pieces, juicy sultanas, cinnamon, and free range eggs make a wonderfully light and tasty sponge. Real butter and natural vanilla flavouring create a luscious buttercream with crumble on top.
Red Velvet cake – A red-velvet cake with deep-red sponge with chocolate notes and vanilla butter icing. Free range eggs, cocoa, and beetroot powder and natural yoghurt create a striking deep red sponge. British butter and natural vanilla flavouring create a velvety buttercream. It is finished with a pretty red crumb on the top.
Biscoff Cake – This Belgian-style biscoff cake is full of sugar and spice and all things nice! A comforting and warming sponge with a deep caramel flavour and hints of cinnamon and other spices. The sponge is held together with a thick layer of buttercream which is infused with biscoff - a caramelised biscuit spread. More of the biscoff buttercream is spread over the top and then covered with a generous biscoff crumb.
Victoria Sponge Cake – Free range eggs, flour, and natural vanilla flavouring creates our award-winning light and fluffy Victoria Sponge. The buttercream is made from English butter and natural vanilla flavouring which is complemented perfectly with quality raspberry jam.

Baby Sponge Cakes
Cute baby versions of our whole sponge cakes - these mini cakes are the perfect size to have with a cuppa. We have lots of flavours to choose from including gluten free and some limited-edition flavours too. Available in packs of 4, 8, 16, 40, 80 or 120. Our packs of 4 and 8 are gift wrapped for gifting, and our larger packs of 16, 40, 80 and 120 are for parties and arrive uwrapped in boxes.
There are lots of option with our baby sponges, they are perfect for enjoying at home or sending to a loved one, you’re able to mix and match flavours to put in the box. So, whether you can’t decide on one or two, or just want a variety of options these little cakes are a perfect choice.

We have lots of delicious brownies that would pair perfectly with a yummy hot drink, here are some of the options available:

Four of our scrumptious and gooey brownies flavours in one - Triple Chocolate, Raspberry and White Chocolate, Chocolate Orange, and Hazelnut Praline Brownies. Raspberry & White Chocolate Brownie – Our luxurious White Chocolate and Raspberry Brownies are the perfect blend of gooey rich chocolate, sharp raspberries and sweet white chocolate. Raspberry pieces and white chocolate chunks run through the middle, and on the top is a pretty raspberry and white chocolate drizzle with a sprinkling of delicious raspberry pieces. Yum.
Speculoos Biscoff Brownie – Our Speculoos Biscoff Brownie is full of sugar and spice and all things nice! A delicious chocolate brownie - gloriously gooey in the middle with melted triple chocolate chunks running throughout, topped with a generous layer of biscoff spread and then covered with a crunchy biscoff crumb. Chocolate and biscoff work perfectly together giving the chocolate brownies a dark caramel flavour with hints of cinnamon and other spices. Pure bliss.

We have lots of cake slice flavours to choose from as well, you can choose to add one or two slices to the card.
