As you know, we’ve been busy in the bakery trying out lots of different brownies and brownie flavour combinations. We can now reveal to you our second official brownie flavour that will be available upon the launch of our brownie range.
Once again, we took lots into consideration including your suggestions, as well as Bryony’s expert opinion. Our second flavour is another classic combination that is paired with chocolate, it’s very yummy and we are so excited for you to be able to get your hands on them soon.
So, we can reveal that our second brownie flavour option will be…

Sponge’s Mint Chocolate Brownies!
That’s right, we have decided that our second option should be another classic flavour combination. Our mint chocolate brownies will be some of the first flavours sent across the UK and straight to your door!
Once again, we use our classic brownie mix, which the right constancy to keep the brownies slightly firm but deliciously moist, gooey and chewy, with a perfect crackle on top that any brownie. We add peppermint pieces and aero bubbles, to give that wonderful minty flavour and add a little extra texture to these brownies, they also make beautiful decorations to create an amazing looking brownie.
These wonderful minty chocolate brownies will go down as party food, as a dessert option, or even just as an afternoon snack. There are so many reasons to treat yourself to some of our delicious brownies.
This is the second flavour of five that will available in brownie range later in the year, any ideas on which one will be next? Well, once again you’ll have to wait until next week to find out the third flavour! But we are confident that you’re going to love it as much as we do!
