In the background, we have been in the bakery trying out lots of different brownies and brownie flavour combinations. As promised, we want to reveal to you our first official brownie flavour that will be available in our brownie range.
Now, we took into consideration your suggestions, and the suggestions from the team, as well as Bryony’s expert opinion. Which flavour to start with? Well, that was a tough decision but it was one we had to make. After some deliberation, we finally settled on our first flavour of choice, a classic combination that many love… and we hope you’ll agree that it was a good choice to start us off.
So, we can reveal that our first brownie flavour option will be…

Sponge’s Chocolate Orange Brownies!
That’s right, we have decided that it was appropriate to start off with a well-loved flavour combination. Our chocolate orange brownies will be one of the first flavours sent across the UK and sent straight to your door!
We start off with our classic brownie mix, the right constancy keeps the brownie slightly firm but deliciously moist, gooey and chewy, and creates the perfect crackle on top that any brownie should achieve. Into this mix we add orange flavouring, to give that beautiful citrus flavour running through, on top, there will be delicious chocolate orange pieces for extra flavour and texture, and beautiful chocolate drizzle as the finishing decoration.
These beautiful chocolate orange brownies taste as good as they look and will go down a treat as a snack, as food at a party, or as a dessert option. There are so many reasons and ways to enjoy delicious brownies.
So, that’s the first of five brownie flavours to be revealed… which flavour will be bringing to you next? Well, you’ll just have to wait until next week to find out! We know, it’s a bit cruel making you wait, but we promise, it will be worth it when the wait is over!
