Try them all together for the first time in one cake! Perfect for a late summer BBQ or party to share with friends and family perhaps with a few cocktails on the side! Espresso Martini Cake
Our Espresso Martini Cake is inspired by the increasingly popular cocktail, it's rich dark and boozy! The sponge contains a deep hit of coffee and dark notes of chocolate which is complimented perfectly by the boozy coffee liqueur buttercream. It is topped with a pretty rim of demerara sugar and cocoa to give an extra boost of flavour and crunch. *Contains Alcohol.
Gin and Tonic Cake
Enjoy your favourite tipple in cake form! Our Gin and Tonic cake is refreshingly boozy - with a juniper berry and lime sponge, held together with Gordon's gin infused buttercream. Pretty candied lemons decorate the top and add some zing! It was a challenge to get right but we are really happy with how it turned out and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! *Contains Alcohol
Pina Colada Cake
Enjoy your favourite tropical cocktail in cake form! Full of all the flavours of a Pina Colada the sponge is flavoured with pineapple puree and natural flavourings which is held together with Malibu rum and desiccated coconut buttercream in the middle. On top is a pineapple flavoured layer of buttercream with a desiccated coconut rim and three glacé cherries in the middle. Comes with umbrellas to decorate! If you like pina coladas (and getting caught in the rain) you will love this Pina Colada Cake! *Contains Alcohol
Strawberry Swirl Cake
A strawberry and vanilla flavoured marbled sponge with strawberry flavoured buttercream in the middle and vanilla flavoured buttercream on top sprinkled with sweet little sugar butterflies. Doesn't contain Alcohol.
