Flying high on the success of their most recent book and second More4 series, the Fabulous Baker Brothers, Tom and Henry Herbert of Hobbs House Bakery, launched their beautiful new cookery school in the Spring. Hobbs House School offers food lovers the opportunity to learn everything from the art of bread making and patisserie, to butchery, BBQ and sausage making. You will find Tom and Henry, alongside Hobbs House experts and guest teachers, sharing age-old skills combined with modern secrets, to give everyone the tools to bake the best bread and share the best meat in their own homes.

Hobbs House School are offering Sponge Family Members the opportunity to win a place on a cake baking class, which ranges from a choice of patisserie, chocolate or meringue classes. Whether you want to perfect your Sponge making, master the art of the cup cake, or make your pastry so short it could win a limbo, Hobbs House experts will take your baking skills to the next level.
