• Lovely sized cake with yummy buttercream filling didn’t taste gluten free as the sponge was so light and fluffy thoroughly enjoyed it and made my birthday even more special

• The cake was scrummy. I have coeliacs disease and follow a gluten free diet. Lots of GF food isn't great - cakes can be heavy or grainy - but not this one. It was light, fresh, tasty......and just delicious. There were a lot of options for GF cakes too. I will be using Sponge again FOR SURE.

Whilst the cake wasn't cheap it was a good size and for us it gave more than 16 portions (maybe we are mean with our slices). We had many non coeliacs and I'm not sure that they could tell the difference between this and a non-gluten free cake

• Ordered gluten free as boyfriend coeliac (as his his mum). They both said it was the best GF cake they have ever had! Others didn’t even notice a difference between GF and ‘normal’ - all thought it was lovely, even a few days after being baked - still moist and tasty. Will definitely order from here again for the GF as will others in the family after trying it.
