Our Gluten Free Carrot Sponge is rich and indulgent with cinnamon, nutmeg, walnuts, plump sultanas and freshly grated carrots running through it. The sponge is matched perfectly with a generous layer of vanilla butter cream and crunchy walnuts on top.
