- How many FREE standard deliveries will members receive in a year?
- Members receive 52 free standard deliveries per year, that’s one yummy sponge a week!
- Can I have more than one Sponge delivered within a week?
- Yes. You can send up to 5 orders per week.
- For saturday or pre-12:30 delivery do members pay the difference in price?
- Yes, members just pay the difference in price between standard delivery and saturday or pre-12.30 delivery.
- Do members get free delivery on Sponge Friday orders?
- Club membership cannot be used in conjunction with Sponge Fridays.
- Can discounts (offer codes, NUS Extra, Norfolk Passport etc) be used on club membership or club orders?
- Club membership and its perks cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- When are the new monthly member perks available?
- Monthly member perks are usually available from the first Monday of every month.

- Is membership refundable?
- Sorry, club membership is a non-refundable recurring payment to enjoy exclusive perks. You can cancel your membership at any time within your club dashboard, but your account will stay active until the end of your billing period.
- What happens if I use all 52 deliveries?
- Your account will revert to standard delivery prices, but will be still be eligible for club perks.
- Can I have my Sponges delivered to different addresses and still get free delivery?
- Yes, but addresses outside of our standard delivery areas attract extra charges under certain circumstances. See our delivery page for details of those areas.
