• Ordered the mince pie sponge not really knowing what it would be like. Was definitely Christmas in a sponge cake without the heaviness of ordinary Christmas cake. Definitely be ordering every year if its on the menu

• This cake is absolutely delicious. Balance of sweet and subtle spice. Guests asked where they could get one. Highly recommend.

• Ordered this for my son's 14 the birthday because he loves mincepies. It went down a storm, although i did find it a bit drier than previous cakes I have ordered. My husband thinks that was intentional as mince pies are crumbly, however, i would have preferred the sponge to be a bit more moist. The taste was lovely, very mincepie-like, but for my personal taste too sweet. Everyone else thoroughly enjoyed it though and it was gone within 2 days.

• Wow, this cake was huge and tasted sublime. Better than any mince pie and so much lighter than a traditional Christmas cake.

• It was a lovely cake. Moist, fruit, all the taste of a mince pie in a cake. What’s not to love. Just wish it could have come in a smaller size as small family.
