• The cake was lovely and moist. Never had the Elizabeth cake before. IT was like bread pudding in flavour but with a cake texture so light, which bread pudding is not. I really like bread pudding so this flavour was a bonus!

• This is one of my Favourite cakes, always moist and full of flavour and full of Fruit absolutely tasty this one is a winner

• You will definitely enjoy this moist, delicious cake even if not intolerant to dairy or gluten. For those who are it is perfect, and for those preferring a cake with no buttercream it still has a lovely sweetness. It might look a little plain compared to many of the other Sponge cakes on offer but certainly makes up for it in flavour.

• Elizabeth cake is moist, soft and delicious. The best gluten free cake I have tasted. Gluten free cakes are known to be dry but not the Elizabeth cake, my guests had to be told it was gluten free as they would never have guessed - that’s how good it was!

• Lush gluten and dairy free cake, hard to find a cake to meet these dietary requirements! Not missing out on taste one bit, the cake was moist and tasty and lasted a few days, the whole family enjoyed it and commented on how yummy it was. • Absolutely lovely, but only if you like apricot lol. I thought it might be dry as it’s gluten free, but if anything it was the opposite, very moist. Oh, and very, very tasty!

• This cake is amazing, I love it because there is no 'buttercream' filling and it is wonderfully light, fruity, moist and the apricot jam is a perfect match to the flavour of the almonds, nobody could tell it was gluten free or dairy free. I hoped to freeze half but it didn't last long enough so have ordered more for myself and have had them delivered to friends where they were greatly appreciated and enjoyed. In all I have ordered five in the space of a month, that speaks for itself ! Absolutely fabulous, give it a go, you won't regret it.

• Got all my brownie points for ordering a lovely moist gluten free Elizabeth cake. Not cheap (or the most expensive) but well worth it; I enjoyed it too! We'll be using Sponge again when the occasion arises.

• The nicest gluten free cake I've ever tasted. Triple layered moist sponge, with juicy pieces of apricots. Have tried most of Sponge products & this one is one of my favourites. Top quality cakes every time.
