Terms and Conditions
- This prize is limited to a maximum of 9 people and one small dog. This prize must be taken during low season in 2016 as set by Cornish Horizons (between Saturday 5thNovember- Saturday 17th December 2016), is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- The prize must be booked by the end of October 2016. Travel costs are not included in the prize; the winners will need to make their own travel arrangements. The winner will also be required to pay a £200 refundable security deposit a minimum of 14 days in advance which will be refunded within 7-10 days of departure providing the owner does not require any deductions to be made.
- If due to circumstances beyond our control, the businesses are unable to provide the stated prize, they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Any food and drink or extras that are not mentioned in the above prize are chargeable.
- Entrants must be 18 or over to enter, and must not be an employee of any of the businesses involved. By providing personally identifiable information when entering this free prize draw, Cornish Horizons Holiday Cottages may use it to provide you with ongoing information about their products and services. You may receive communications from each business, although you can unsubscribe at any time, if you wish to do so. None of the businesses providing the prize will rent, sell or lease this personally identifiable information to other companies or individuals.
- All names and email addresses will be entered into a free prize draw, only one entry per person (we will not accept automated entries). The draw will be made by Cornish Horizons. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 14 days after the draw.
