"My sister surprised me for my 21^st Birthday meal by bringing out a MAMMOTH size birthday cake twice the size of my head (and I have quite a large head...)

Now, I love cake. Infact, I’m quite the baker myself... But this cherry bakewell sponge was to die for – the buttercream in particular!

Now I have had one taste I have to try more of your creations, perhaps your carrot cake or sticky toffee sponge will be next..."
