Custom Made Birthday Cake!

Liz sent us her Sponge Moment on Facebook...

"I had this custom made sponge delivered to my boyfriend on his birthday at work, we usually work together in a jewellers, but I couldn't be with him on his birthday as I had just had surgery to remove my wisdom teeth the day before...a nice surprise to make the day special for him! Here is his "sponge moment selfie", in the kitchen where he was hiding it! He even saved me a slice for when he came to visit, which took me about half an hour to eat very carefully and a LOT of jaw ache afterwards. I regret nothing!!!"
