The Bakewell Sponge: With flavours that catapult you to that charming village in the heart of the Peak District, this cake makes essential tea time treating. A smattering of toasted flaked almonds sit proudly on top of this Sponge, natural almond oil runs through both the light Sponge and the butter cream, perfectly complimented by a layer of great British raspberry jam.
The Chocolate and Orange Sponge: A light marbled sponge flavoured with natural orange oil swirled into our beautifully moist chocolate sponge. The trademark generous layer of chocolate butter cream is laced with natural orange oil running to create a match made in Sponge heaven.
The Apple Crumble Sponge: A beautifully light cinnamon sponge with sultanas and real apple pieces running wild through this wild card. Vanilla butter cream sandwiches the sponge and the crumble pieces scattered on top give the cake both a bit of crunch and its show stopping appearance.

Became a SPONGE worshipper after a slice of apple crumble sponge in Byfords. Bought this cake for my mum's last day of work before retiring. The whole package - delivery, cake quality, customer service was fabulous.
The only thing that would turn fabulous into perfect would be if it was possible to choose the four yourself. This is by no means a bad point just might be nice.

Now this cake is a bad boy! It's huge, soft, and begs to be attended to at all times. My frequent illegal trips to the fridge made sure it met its demise within three days. Now that's more like a cardinal sin. I'd be back for another one. Thanks for your awesomeness.
