Our Carrot Sponge Cake, made with only the very best ingredients, is over 3 inches high of carrot, sultana, cinnamon and nutmeg sponge held together with a sumptuously thick layer of vanilla butter icing. Carrot cake was a winner as was Chocolate. Only thing was that we all thought there was just a bit too much filling. Half as much would make it a winner. I emailed back to ask if you would respond to special requests but had no reply - guess that means no. Maybe the deep pan, thin crust options would be handy.
