This is a great addition to an already fantastic line up of sponges! I ordered this on the sponge friday promotion and as always i wasnt dissapointed. The cake arrived in stunning packaging and in perfect condition (this surprised me considering it had travelled half the country). The sponge was moist, and light and the taste of banana and toffee were evenly balanced with the banoffee butter cream adding to the great flavour. the choc chips also gave it a nice twist. I would recommend this to anyone and has knocked the carrot sponge off the top of my personal favs! This ones going to be hard to beat!
