This was ordered as a treat for the office (4 people...) & we're all too scared to keep eating it as then it will all be over! -This is divine, the real apple pieces, the crunchy top, the moist cinnamony nutmegy sponge and the vanilla butter icing: all works quite brilliantly to the point that it brought us all to silence... It's dangerously amazing on the palate (and plate...). Have also tried the Victoria sponge....really couldn't tell you which is best out of these two, they are just truly fantastic cakes...bakewell next!
