We chose the Victoria as the cake for the official cutting and it looked fabulous with the beautiful flowers. Just wanted to say HUGE thank you for an amazing Victoria Sponge! The cake complimented the perfect sunny Sunday for the babies' first joint birthday celebration and went down a real treat with mummies, daddies and most importantly babies!
I have to personally thank the baker and Amy for being able to accommodate the request for personalization as requested. Everyone loved it.

We have just taken delivery of your Apple Crumble at the office, (following on from Victoria Sponge two weeks ago).
It is UNBELIEVABLE. Seriously, god bless you all! There’s buttercream everywhere in here, round mouths, on the floor, fingers caked in it. Absolutely amazing! Thanks so much.
I dropped from 16 stone to 13 stone last year, and was very happy, I now fear that could be about to be put back on as I will be revisiting you many times!
About 5 people here have already asked where they can get some so expect more orders shortly!

BBC Good Food Show
Hi There,
I just wanted to drop you a line, I visited the BBC Good Food Show on Friday and after paying £24.50 to get in I wandered around seeing the same old faces and feeling that my 3 hour drive and cash could have been time and money better spent, and then I stumbled across the Sponge.co.uk stand the cakes looked amazing. I am very pleased to say that temptation got the better of me and I bought 3 slices as I left the show and headed for home. The 3 hour drive back only served to make me more bitter as to what a let down of a day I'd had.
My mood was increased 7 fold when I finally got home stuck the kettle on and unwrapped my first slice, the look, smell and feel of the cake was amazing and the taste, dare I say it, better than my mums. So I suppose the main purpose for this email is to say thank you Sponge you made the worst of days seem a hell of a lot better, still it all went down hill an hour later when the wife got home and I had to share the last 2 slices.

and ran into the bar literally begging for a spongecake... they had one and the best flavour!! CHOCOLATE ORANGE! Without that cake there would've been no birthday cake :O!! It was delicious and the best cake ever x
