Gluten Free Sponge Cakes
For all those poor souls who’s faces light up at the sight of our gloriously tall sponges but have their stomachs groaning at the thought of the wheat content of our generous cakes, fear not, for Sponge has catered for your tenuous tummies! You can have Cakes Delivered to your home.

Doves Farm self raising flour is a blend of naturally gluten and wheat free rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat.  At Sponge we appreciate that gluten free flour is a little drier than their gluten packed relation, and to counteract that we add additional oil and egg to each batch.

The two flavours’ we currently offer are Gluten Free Carrot Sponge and Gluten Free Apple Crumble Sponge. Due to the moist nature of these cakes with the fruit and vegetable content we feel these were the best Sponges to start our development on!
